After downloading
- Extract to a permanent folder. Avoid the Desktop and paths containing spaces or non-ASCII characters.
- If the first launch complains about a missing runtime, install the .NET Desktop Runtime and try again.
- Windows blocks unsigned apps by default — click "More info" then "Run anyway".
